Simply Sustainable: Presented by the Marathon LPGA Classic in partnership with Kroger

The Marathon LPGA Classic is excited to announce our sustainability program: Simply Sustainable. Through this program, the 2020 tournament will be 100% sustainable!

Thank you to our generous sponsor, Kroger, for dedicating the resources needed to support this initiative. Kroger's impact with Zero Hunger Zero Waste is a shining example of why this partnership is so valuable to the Marathon LPGA Classic. We hope through our improved practices at the tournament, attendees will leave with better habits that they will carry into their everyday lives! Newly implemented to the 2020 tournament: recycling of glass, paper, plastic, aluminum and composting of all food. Also, be on the lookout for other on-course sustainability efforts including disposable and sustainable foodservice products. Stop by the Simply Sustainable Display Tent during tournament week to learn more about how you can be an ally to the sustainability movement.  There will be additional updates to come!
